Key Deliverables of the Job:

• Generate new sales leads by emailing corporate companies and reaching out to old customers.
• Forward service-related emails and customer queries to the appropriate departments.
• Contact retail customers for agreement extensions and update ERP software accordingly.
• Coordinate with the commercial department for daily MRA invoice generation.
• Follow up with retail customers for outstanding payments and inform salespersons.
• Create new reservations in ERP software and generate debtor codes.
• Prepare and send daily sales and collections reports to the Deputy General Manager.
