Key Deliverables of the Job:

• Manage fleet operations, including monitoring idle and high-aged vehicles.
• Coordinate with customer care team to utilize or move vehicles to the sale cycle.
• Monitor fleet utilization and highlight less utilized vehicles to regional heads.
• Handle procurement activities, including raising approval notes, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors.
• Track and manage accident/total loss vehicles, including ownership transfer.
• Coordinate IVMS billing and MID billing confirmation.
• Facilitate used car sales process, including preparing sale invoices and coordinating vehicle delivery.
• Prepare and distribute various reports related to fleet and procurement.
