Skills | At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing is required. SAP HR experience is preferred. |
Key Deliverables of the Job:
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Manage End to end Payroll processing for onshore.
- Prepare manual payroll checks and voids when necessary.
- Provide information and liaison with staff and management on payroll related queries.
- Preparing monthly payroll inputs like Attendance, EL, OT’s, Salary Advances, any deductions
- Coordinating with manager to be sure that all employee payroll is submitted and completed.
- Preparing F&F settlements for exit employees
- Payroll system maintenance – data entry for new hires, leaves, transfers, termination.
- Monthly MIS Reports.
- Time office Management
SAP Responsibilities:
- Preparing employee data inputs for uploading in SAP
- Using payroll driver, preparing the payroll groups
- Managing employee master data (Hiring, Emp code, salary structure, additional payments, Deductions, Attendance)
- Checking Payroll test run and finding out any errors.
- Checking the final payroll sheet along with excel and submitting the posting details to finance department.
- After the payroll process done, the reports should be cross verified.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
