Key Deliverables of the Job:

Business Development:  

• Lead the team in generating new sales leads by emailing corporate companies and reaching out to old customers.
• Delegate tasks related to forwarding service-related emails and customer queries to the appropriate departments.   
• Oversee the contact with retail customers for agreement extensions and ensure accuracy. 
• Coordinate with the commercial department for daily MRA invoice generation.

Customer Relations:

• Guide the team in following up with retail customers for outstanding payments and informing salespersons. 
• Ensure timely creation of new reservations and generation of debtor codes.

Reports and Coordination: 

• Prepare and send daily sales and collections reports to the Deputy General Manager. 
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
