Key Deliverables of the Job:

• Supervise the processing of traffic fines, including raising debit notes for Lease.
• Oversee the preparation of debit notes for customer and service bills, replacements, insurance, damages, etc. Manage the preparation of credit notes.
• Ensure timely processing of RA extensions for lease/MRA/DRA for invoice generation .
• Supervise the generation of invoices, including lease invoices printing/soft copies for C&C, work order invoice generation.
• Manage discount code/quotations approval and raise discount codes for customers.
• Conduct and lead weekly team meetings with Commercial/CNC/Operation teams to discuss credit notes, debit notes, and customer issues.
• Supervise the processing of PR & POs for vendor invoices, including repo charges PO, Simah payment PO, transporters payment PR/POs, and other related tasks.
• Address audit queries and ensure timely responses for credit note clarification.
