Key Deliverables of the Job:

Payroll Management:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for onshore employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide information and assistance to staff and management regarding payroll-related queries.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure all employee payroll submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle preparation of final settlements for exit employees (F&F settlements).
• Maintain payroll system data for new hires, leaves, transfers, and terminations.

SAP Responsibilities:

• Prepare employee data inputs for uploading into SAP.
• Utilize the payroll driver to prepare payroll groups.
• Manage employee master data in SAP, including hiring, employee codes, salary structures, deductions, and attendance.
• Conduct checks on payroll test runs to identify and resolve any errors.
• Verify the final payroll sheet along with Excel and submit posting details to the finance department.
• Cross-verify reports after the payroll process is completed.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and supervise the HR payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure team members adhere to payroll processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
